Leading fashion brand Max Mara has laid off 40% of it’s designers due to problems with the economy. This makes me glad I work for restaurant, people may not be buying clothes because of the dwindling economy, but they will always be needing to eat! 
Moschino Cheap & Chic showed the boldest shades of red and yellow, with slim silhouettes, great drape, and textile patterns that seem a bit reminiscent of old Marc Jacobs.
Alexander Wang picked neutrals, with pops of red and orange in 2 (not so cute) outfits. A bit of inspiration from Herve Leger, perhaps?
Rachel Roy got in on the orange too, with a bit of modernish film noir influence.

My favorites are these unique candles and incense burners, and are all around $10 and less. Candles are something alot of people use, but don’t really spend their money on them. I want these Stella McCartney boots more than life. I love how unique they are, and the wedge is under the front part of the foot versus the back. Kind of emulating the Marc Jacobs backwards heel, but these are more timeless and less trendy. Also, for $1800, you can get these faux-leather boots too! 
I know this isn’t really fashion related but its close enough, (entertainment). EVERYONE go get Britney Spears new album, Circus. You can expect the same catchy beats as her last 15 albums, and songs that get stuck in your head you just can’t get enough of. Her documentary also aired last week on MTV, which lets everyone into her personal life, and she pretty much just sets the record straight, (which was much needed), to all her fans talking about her divorce, children, mental breakdown, and what she plans to do with her future. I give this album 4 stars, and am glad she’s back and doing much better.
